Which regions do you provide installation services to?
Since our production is in Istanbul, Türkiye, the region where we can provide mainly and fast service is the Anatolian Side of Istanbul. However, we also have a service to the European Side once a week.
I can handle repairs and renovations. If I measure the fly screens myself, do you send the fly screens by cargo?
Yes we are sending it. Moreover, shipping costs over 500.-TL are our responsibility, and since we do not install them, your fly screens reach you at a more affordable price.
How can I take measurements myself?
All you have to do is measure the opening sash size of your plastic joinery in terms of width and length from outside to outside. If you contact us after taking this measurement, we can help you.

We have fly screen models that we have developed to keep our pets at home and the flies out. We use petscreen or steel wire in these models. However, these wires can only be used in our Sliding Fly Screen and Retractable Fly Screen models.
Last year, I had fly screens made by company X. My fly screens are old and their tulle is torn, and they are not helping me. Can you repair these fly screens?
There are many fly screen profiles used in the market. These profiles change approximately every 2-3 years. Likewise, the plastic parts connecting the profiles also change. If your existing fly screens are compatible with the parts we are currently using, we will of course carry out the repairs. As we always say, “Our Priority is Customer Satisfaction”
There are shutters outside my windows. Can I have fly screens made?
We use two profiles of 28.5mm and 17.9mm thickness in our production. If your blinds are too close to the joinery, we can make your fly screens with our 17.9mm profile. However, the best thing would be to call us and benefit from our Free Discovery service.
My woodwork is dark green. I want to have a fly screen made, but I care about color harmony. How can you help?
We always have fly screen profiles in White, Anthracite Grey, Light Beige, Golden Oak, Antique Oak and Mahogany colors. If your joinery is in a different color, we can manufacture your fly screens in the same color as your joinery from the RAL Aluminum powder coating catalogue, which contains approximately 350 colors.
I live in Europe, Asia. I will give the order. How soon will my fly screens arrive?
If your order is placed by Tuesday, it will be shipped on Friday. Shipping time is 4-8 days depending on your preference and will be delivered to your door.
