When measuring the pleated fly screen, the width and height measurements are taken from the narrowest part of the window frame, that is, from the place where the plastic sealing gaskets are located. By adding 7 cm to these measurements, the size of the pleated fly screen to be manufactured is determined. Since the fly screen will be mounted from the outside and will overlap the joinery by 35 mm from four edges, it should be checked that there is sufficient space on the mounting side. Additionally, if there is a shutter outside the window, there must be a minimum of 18mm gap between the shutter and the joinery (16mm for the thin pleat series).
